Megan is a great trainer! I have been training with Megan for just over a year now and I've seen great strides in my strength and fitness but the real change is the consistency. Megan has a great ability to balance pushing you without getting to overwork/burnout which has allowed me to keep up this long which I never have in the past. I have done both PT and group classes and always thoroughly enjoyed my sessions, it's great to be able to train in a group where everyone is worked with at their own level, whether it's your first day or you're a marathon runner Megan's classes are suitable.

Megan is an incredible PT. She is professional and extremely talented at what she does. Overall, I think her main strength is that she instantly makes you feel at ease, no matter what your level of fitness is. I have been training with Megan for 3 months. On our first session, I could barely skip for 2 minutes. Last week, I ran my very first 10K run (with 3 more of her clients). With Megan, you know she genuinely cares about creating a community where people can grow, develop and become better versions of themselves. Would not hesitate to recommend! :)

Not only is Megan a total inspiration with her own fitness and fighting, she’s a legend of a trainer. Megan’s helped me crush goals and achieve things in my workouts I never dreamt I could do. She’s so in tune with when to push me harder, when to tell it to me straight and when to go easy on me, that it’s helped me come to the realisation that exercise isn’t something I need to run and hide from, that it’s something I actually enjoy. With Megans support and drive behind me, I’ve reached a mammoth goal today of weighing under 100kg (65kg smaller than I was - 45kgs down since starting training with Megan). This Mighty Mouse of a human has had a huge impact on my life, I couldn’t recommend a trainer more than I recommend her.

I have trained with Megan in group classes for a while and my experience with her has been really good. She is a dedicated and concerned coach to a personal and professional level, so respectful with the paces of her all different students. She encourages you to give your 100% in all trainings and get over yourself. I have got better in my mobility, strength and run capability, I am definitely a faster runner since I have started with Megan. I really enjoy every lesson and everyone in the group has such good energy. Really recommended!
